1. Services

We provide taxi and shuttle transportation services in the Fargo, North Dakota area.

2. SMS Communications and Consent

By providing your mobile phone number during booking (via our website at ridedoyles.com, the rideDoyle’s mobile app, or by phone at 701-235-5535), you consent to receive automated ride-related text messages from Doyle’s Yellow Checker Cab, Inc. (“rideDoyle’s”).

Message types include:

Booking confirmations
Ride reminders with scheduled pickup time
Driver en-route notifications with real-time tracking
Post-ride feedback requests

Message Frequency: Approximately 2-4 messages per booking. Frequency varies based on ride status and service usage.

Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase or service.

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time.

No mobile information, including phone numbers collected during the SMS opt-in process, will be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes at any time. SMS opt-in data and consent records are used solely for providing ride-related text messages from Doyle’s Yellow Checker Cab, Inc.

3. User Conduct

Users must provide accurate booking information.

Passengers must comply with driver instructions and applicable laws.

Unsafe or unlawful behavior may result in refusal of service.

4. Limitation of Liability

Doyle’s Yellow Checker Cab, Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services, except where prohibited by law.

5. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of North Dakota.
